Privacy Policy

This policy applies to SaaSsee and all associated websites, services, tools, and mobile applications operated under our entity, SaaSsee LLC, a Vermont limited liability company ("SaaSsee," "we," "us").
The short version
Unless a product requires you to log in, we do not collect personal data from you. For the products that do require an account, we collect only what is needed to provide the service, and we use it only for that purpose. We do not sell your data.
Products that don't require an account
Most of our products work without signing up. When you use them, we do not ask for your name, email, or other personal information, and we do not build profiles of you.
Some tools need to process what you type to give you a result, for example generating ideas or reviewing a piece of writing. That text is used to produce your answer and is not saved to a user profile. Where a tool uses an AI model to generate its response, your input is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to create that response.
Products that require an account
When a product asks you to create an account, we collect only what it needs to work, such as:
- Your email address and a securely hashed password (never the password itself)
- The content you choose to save in that product, so you can come back to it
- Your subscription or purchase status, if the product has paid features
This information is used only to provide, secure, and support that product. Each product that uses accounts may have its own privacy page with specific details.
Mobile apps
Our mobile apps do not collect personal data, do not require an account, and do not show ads, unless an app's store listing clearly says otherwise.
Paid apps and in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment card details. Apple and Google handle that information under their own privacy policies.
Payments on our websites
Where a website offers paid features, payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We keep only a record of your plan and its status.
Technical data and cookies
Like nearly every website, our web host automatically records basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the sites running and secure. Products that use accounts set a session cookie so you stay logged in. We do not use our own advertising or tracking cookies.
Ads and affiliate links
Some of our websites may display ads or include affiliate links. Advertising partners such as Google may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites; you can manage personalized ads at Google Ads Settings. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases made through Amazon links on our sites. These partners handle any data they collect under their own privacy policies.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help run our products (hosting, AI processing, and payment processing), and only as needed for them to do so, or when required by law.
Keeping and deleting your data
Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@saassee.com from the email address on the account.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email support@saassee.com.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
